Hurricane Policy
In the event of a Hurricane, the hotel has a policy that provides guests a choice of using their current deposit or pre-paid hotel stay toward a future stay should they be unable to travel to Nassau due to airline cancellations. In the event that the guest is unable to re-book flights, we provide a full refund with no penalty.
